Information For Authors
Submitted papers should be up to 8,000-10,000 words including abstract, keywords and references (the Harvard referencing rules need to be followed).
Submitted papers will be double-blind peer-reviewed by our reviewers based on originality, significance, clarity and technical quality. Once accepted for presentation at the conference and revised according to reviewers’ suggestions, papers may be selected for publication in the journals listed here, subject to the authors’ approval.
The selected papers will be forwarded to the editorial board of the respective journal with a recommendation for publication. However, each paper will still undergo the journal’s specific peer-review process, and authors will be notified if additional revisions are required.
The paper must be uploaded in doc or docx format.
All articles must be written in English. If English is not your first language, we recommend verifying your paper with Writefull.
All papers submitted to the conference must be original works and must not have been previously presented or submitted to other journals or conferences.
More information about the conference fees (bank accounts, etc.) is available https://rei.ase.ro/cercetare/conferinte/foe/conference-fees-copyright-statement/

For authors whose first language is not English we recommend verifying your paper with Writefull. Papers can be rejected due to a poor standard of English.
After the double-blind reviewing process, the Scientific Committee and panel chairs will send a notification e-mail of paper/s acceptance or rejection to the author/s. The author/s whose paper/s is/are accepted will contain the notification of paper/s acceptance (with any requested changes after the double-blind reviewing process).
